Site Services

Up until the late 1990’s blast rated buildings were constructed onsite, typically with steel reinforced concrete. This process introduced safety and security issues to the plant and the time on site was measured in months not days. With the introduction of the factory-built modular blast resistant building, the site work to install factory-made structures has significantly been diminished yet; it is still necessary.

Hallwood Modular has factory-trained technicians with the credentials necessary to work in chemical plants and refineries.

Hallwood Modular’s Site Services division has safety-oriented technicians who work day-in and day-out in the plants skilled in all aspects of steel-modular construction, installations, renovations, refurbishments, relocations, door maintenance/replacements, etc.
Its Site Services team can supervise onsite contractors or bring in the entire team to execute the installation, refurbishment, or relocation of a project. Moreover, once a project is complete, being the buildings are already onsite, it is usually more cost-effective to relocate some or all modules to another part of the plant for another project.
If you need to contract for work on existing site-built buildings within the plant or blast-resistant modules, the Site Services team stands ready to assist.

Hallwood Modular has site services crews stationed in Texas and Louisiana.  However, we do provide site services in other regions of the country as required but with longer lead times.

Yes.  Depending on the level of work required, Hallwood Modular is able to perform certain functions on location.  If it is an aged BRM that requires extensive services, we may recommend it be transported to our facility.  In those situations, we can replace it with a rental BRM to maintain the workflow while unit is being refurbished.

Peace of Mind that Saves you Money!

Turnaround Planners and Managers have attempted to drive efficiencies through operating workforces off-site, which are later proven to be less efficient, riskier for personnel, and caused costly delays in the project.

Let us share how we can provide safety and peace of mind while helping bring your project in under budget.
